About The Role We are looking for Physiotherapists to provide life‑changing physiotherapy to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 9–25 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. Responsibilities Provide therapy in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. Utilise evidence‑based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding. Work in an interdisciplinary youth team, wrapping the right supports around participants and empowering them to achieve greater outcomes. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). Attend weekly team meetings in the hub, sharing stories of impact. Positive and flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and a team player. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid driver's license. NDIS Workers Screening Check.
