Physiotherapist – Youth Caseload – Central Coast Join Everyday Independence as a physiotherapist for a youth caseload on the Central Coast. You will provide life-changing physiotherapy to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 9‑25 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. Using evidence‑based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and deliver occupational therapy. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary youth team to wrap the right supports around participants. Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). Attending weekly team meetings and sharing stories of impact. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. General AHPRA registration. Positive and flexible approach to work, strong communication skills, and a team‑player attitude. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid driver's licence. Required NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Experience in NDIS/disability preferred but not essential.
