Physiophix has been established at Toukley on the Central Coast of NSW for almost 15 years. We are a multidisciplinary clinic employing Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, an Allied Health Assistant and 2 administration staff. Physiophix has an exceptional reputation amongst the local Doctors, Specialists and other Allied Health staff. John, the owner of Physiophix is a Musculoskeletal and Vestibular Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience and has a keen interest in concussion management. The clinic has 4 treatment cubicles, a well‑equipped gym, and a private office/staff room. Physiophix is primarily a musculoskeletal clinic. We are registered under the NDIS scheme and over the last few years have built up a large base of regular NDIS clients. Qualifications & Experience AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist (or application in process) Experienced Physiotherapists and New Graduates are welcome. Experience in musculoskeletal assessment and manual therapy techniques preferred (not essential for new graduates) Driver's Licence and own vehicle are essential. Professional Indemnity Insurance Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience in Pilates and dry needling desirable. Experience working with NDIS clients or disability services beneficial Tasks & Responsibilities Assessment and treatment of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Vestibular clients in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. You will be responsible for the management of a mixed caseload comprised of private, compensable, DVA and NDIS clients. Treat patients in the clinic, hydrotherapy pool and home visits. Work with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologist, an Allied Health Assistant and administration staff in a spacious clinic. We are a close‑knit team and have a lot of fun working together. Variety We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and vestibular patients in the clinic, in our gym, at the local hydrotherapy pool, home visits and sometimes the beach Weekly inservices and case reviews run by the Senior Physiotherapist.
