CCLHD – Physiotherapist – Clinical Student Educator Join Central Coast Local Health District as a Physiotherapist Level 4 Clinical Student Educator. This temporary, full‑time role (38 hrs/week) runs until 3 January 2027. Employment type: Temporary Full Time Position classification: Physiotherapist Level 4 Remuneration: $2,424.82 – $2,483.60 per week Hours per week: 38 Location: Across CCLHD Applications close: Monday 8 December 2025 at 11:59 pm Interview date: Anticipated Wednesday 17 December 2025 About The Opportunity This position provides senior clinical leadership within the CCLHD Physiotherapy Department, coordinating high‑quality clinical education for undergraduate physiotherapy students across a range of services. In This Role You Will Provide expert clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient‑centred physiotherapy services. Coordinate all aspects of student placements, including supervision, assessment, documentation and ClinConnect requirements. Mentor and support students and early‑career clinicians, applying adult‑learning principles to foster a positive learning environment. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities and continuous service enhancement. Collaborate with universities, supervisors and internal stakeholders to strengthen clinical education capacity across CCLHD. About You Completed a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registered with AHPRA. Extensive clinical physiotherapy experience including student supervision. Ability to manage and support students across a range of activities to meet development goals and course learning outcomes. Current unencumbered driver’s licence and ability to travel across the District as required. Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
