About the Opportunity As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in building the competence and confidence of nursing staff. Your work will directly contribute to workforce development and patient care quality. In this role you will: Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for individuals and groups to enhance nursing capability. Provide one-to-one support, in-services, and mentorship to meet learning and development needs. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the unit and facility. Collaborate with nursing staff and managers to identify individual and team education priorities. Participate in the development and review of clinical procedures and guidelines, providing expert education advice. For more information about this role, please view the Position Description. About You Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Relevant post-registration clinical or education qualifications, or equivalent experience. Extensive recent clinical experience in Perioperative Nursing specialty. Demonstrated ability to deliver education, understand learning principles, and use clinical technology effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork and mentoring. Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
