About the Role As an experienced Florist you will create stunning floral designs and deliver exceptional service that makes every customer experience memorable. Each day brings something new from crafting bespoke bouquets to preparing arrangements for weddings, tributes, events, and local deliveries. Key Responsibilities Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, tribute, and event pieces Provide professional and friendly service, helping customers choose the perfect blooms Maintain presentation standards and ensure the workspace remains clean and well-stocked Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet daily orders and deadlines Stay inspired by seasonal trends, styles, and colour palettes What We’re Looking For Must have proven experience as a florist minimum of 2 years A strong eye for design, colour, and composition Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure Reliability, pride in workmanship, and a positive attitudeAvailability to work weekends and over time on occasion Why Join Us At Blossoms Florist Griffith, we take pride in combining creativity with community.
