Multiple Positions Available We have several Coordinator opportunities available across our services.Pay rate will be based on the qualification you hold, your experience and the size of the service you are appointed to. What You Will Be Doing Creating a safe welcoming and enriching environment for children Leading supporting and mentoring your team Building positive relationships with children families and school communities Managing daily operations including rosters enrolments documentation and compliance Ensuring the service meets all regulatory and Centacare requirements Supporting continuous improvement through quality practices and service development Bringing enthusiasm warmth and professionalism into every part of the day About You You are someone who: Loves working with primary school aged children Leads with confidence kindness and clear communication Is organised adaptable and ready to support a team Values inclusion safety and strong relationships Is committed to learning growing and contributing to community wellbeing If you hold a recognised childcare qualification or are willing to obtain required training and have experience working with children you will thrive in this role.
