We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join us at our state‑of‑the‑art dealership in Penrith. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for motorcycles and automotive sales experience. About the Role Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast‑paced showroom. Your Responsibilities Use ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Maintain and develop existing and new customers by building strong relationships. Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk‑ins. Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts / Accessories team and F&I team. Follow up on all customer paperwork with strong attention to detail. Consistently keep up to date with products and trends in the motorcycle industry. Our Ideal Candidate 2 years of previous experience in an automotive sales role. Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet. Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale. Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred. Excellent phone manner and communication skills. Experience and understanding of working to KPIs.
