The Company: This brilliant Events Agency delivers extraordinary experiences for their clients. Managing everything from event conception to production & on-site execution, they are looking for an Event Manager to join their small, but mighty team. Managing both corporate and private events for a range of clients, they provide tailored and exceptional experiences for all delegates and attendees. Position Terms: Full-Time Permanent Role Hybrid role from Sydney, must be able to travel for event delivery Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super The Role: The Event Manager is an integral part of the team, supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse range of corporate and private events for clients. The Event Manager will assist with the end-to-end management & coordination of events from research, planning, and logistics through to on-site delivery and post-event reporting. Key Responsibilities include: Support end-to-end event delivery from planning and logistics to execution and post-event wrap-up. Assist in managing client communications and ensuring deliverables are met. Coordinate suppliers, venues, caterers, and contractors to ensure smooth event operations. Support with event budgeting, timelines, and production schedules. Manage delegate registration processes including invitations, RSVP tracking, and on-site check-in. Prepare event materials such as proposals, briefs, and run sheets. Assist with on-site delivery, ensuring events run to schedule and brand standards are upheld. Research venues, suppliers, and event solutions to support creative concept development. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve event processes and client experiences. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have experience working within an events agency as a Senior Event Coordinator or Event Manager with experience working remotely. Strong communication and client management skills are essential for this role. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and suppliers. Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure. A team-focused, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. A genuine passion for creating memorable event experiences. Ability to work remotely and travel (interstate and internationally) for event delivery.
