About the Role We’re looking for an Event Manager with at least 3 years of end-to-end event experience, ideally within a PCO. You’ll manage your own portfolio of events while working closely with a collaborative team who always has your back. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is naturally organised and feels comfortable guiding clients and suppliers with confidence and warmth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of conferences, exhibitions and gala dinners Build strong client relationships through clear, friendly communication Manage budgets, timelines and event plans Coordinate suppliers, venues and contractors Oversee registration management and deliver a seamless delegate experience Prepare agendas, minutes and action lists for client meetings Collaborate with the team on event communications and eDMs Lead onsite delivery across Australia (with occasional international travel) Support and mentor Coordinators and junior team members Assist with post-event reporting, wrap-ups and reconciliation Bring a calm, solutions-focused attitude to each project About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Event Manager , ideally within a PCO, in-house or Association Comfortable managing multiple events with planning and support A clear communicator with strong client-facing skills Detail-oriented, organised and proactive Calm under pressure and positive in your approach Collaborative, kind and professional Experience with EventsAir is a strong advantage Able to travel and work onsite as required How to Apply Please click ‘Apply’ and upload your CV along with a brief cover letter outlining your event management experience.
