About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Event Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ end-to-end event management experience, ideally within a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) environment. You will lead the delivery of multiple events at once, managing your own portfolio with confidence while working closely with our the wider team. With a full calendar ahead, this role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organised and can juggle competing deadlines without compromising quality. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple conferences, exhibitions and gala dinners Lead client relationships with warmth, clarity and professionalism Oversee budgets, timelines and event plans to ensure accuracy and accountability Manage suppliers, venues and contractors, including negotiation and approvals Oversee registration management, delegate experience and onsite logistics Prepare and lead client meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking Work alongside the team to develop event communications, marketing and eDMs Lead onsite delivery across Australia (and occasional international travel) Mentor and support Event Coordinators and junior team members Manage post-event reporting, wrap-ups and reconciliation Consistently deliver a calm, solutions-focused and positive presence About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Event Manager, ideally within a PCO Experience delivering conferences and medium-scale events end-to-end Confident juggling multiple complex events simultaneously Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems before they arise Comfortable leading onsite operations and making decisions independently Collaborative, kind, professional and takes pride in high-quality work Experience with EventsAir or similar platform is required Able to travel and work onsite as required How to Apply Please click ‘Apply’ and upload your CV along with a brief cover letter outlining your event management experience.
