Synergie Australia is seeking an Industrial Painter/Blaster to join our team for our FIFO client located in the Northern Territory. The important parts: 13 days on / 8 days off FIFO roster with charter points from Cairns or Darwin (travel from other locations at applicant’s expense) Pay Rate: $50.00 – $55.13 (flat rate) Immediate start with ongoing employment opportunities for the right candidate What you will be required to do: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes Mix and match paints and coatings according to specifications Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure a smooth, even finish Operate and maintain painting equipment safely Follow workplace safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and ventilation To be successful in the role you will have (or willingness to obtain): Previous experience in industrial painting or a similar role EWP + 11m high risk work license Confined space entry and working heights certification (within the last 3 years) Knowledge of different painting techniques, coatings, and equipment Must be willing to be clean shaven for fit mask testing requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces What’s on offer for you: Meals and camp accommodation provided during swings Opportunity to join a respected client and dynamic team in a long-term role Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting oftemporary andpermanent recruitment services , and more.Safety is of the highest priority, and Synergie Australia prides itself on fostering a culture that champions guidance and care in the workforce.Beyond recruitment, Synergie Australia is motivated to improve everyday standards within the working landscape so people can thrive today, and in the future.
