The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Curriculum Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Head of Teaching & Learning and contribute to the smooth delivery of our teaching and learning programs across Prep to Year 12. The Curriculum Administration Officer plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of curriculum, assessment, and reporting processes across the School and providing high-quality communication with staff, students, and families. You will be the first point of contact for curriculum administration queries and a valued member of a service-focused team committed to supporting outstanding teaching and learning. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, preferably within an educational environment. This is a full time ongoing position, commencing in January 2026. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Head of Teaching & Learning and Teaching & Learning team. Supporting communication with staff, students, and families. Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of subject outlines, scope and sequence documents, and unit plans. Supporting the collation and organisation of teaching and learning materials across Prep-12. Assisting with the planning and delivery of assessment activities such as NAPLAN and exams. Supporting assessment moderation sessions and curriculum review meetings. Assisting in collecting and maintaining documentation required for VCAA and VRQA compliance. Assisting with academic events including parent-teacher interviews and information evenings. About You You are an organised, proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a supportive team environment. You take pride in delivering high-quality administrative work, managing multiple priorities with accuracy, and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. With strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, you build positive working relationships and handle sensitive information with discretion. You enjoy learning new systems, contributing to efficient processes, and playing a key role in supporting teaching and learning within a dynamic school environment. You Will Also Have Strong computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. A Working with Children Check.
