Your Role in Our Green Team As a Horticulturist, you’ll be right in the thick of it, maintaining our stunning horticultural assets either at a fixed site or as part of a mobile crew. You’ll get your hands dirty while planning and executing a variety of horticultural tasks, all while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do. Your work will directly impact the quality of our open spaces, making them enjoyable for everyone in the community. If you have a passion for plants and for creating and maintaining landscapes and recreational spaces, you might just be the perfect fit We’re searching for someone with: Certificate III Horticulture or equivalent qualifications in a related field, and experience in a similar role. NSW – WHS General Induction Card (White card). Possess a Chemcert (AQF3) or equivalent qualification. Class MR Licence – valid or willingness to complete within 6 months of appointment. A strong commitment to safety and compliance. Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with staff, peers, and the public. Package: $69,785 – $75,891 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation (salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate). Hours of work: Permanent, full‑time, 38 hours per week with a 9‑day fortnight. Overtime may be offered during peak season.
