We are seeking a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) to lead a passionate team at our new store opening in Hobart. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for every aspect of the retail store operation, including growing local community connections, coaching and developing your team, and driving brand growth. The Role: As a Head Coach, you will be accountable for opening a new store, hiring and inducting your team, and building community connections. You will coach and lead a diverse team, facilitate training sessions and team meetings, and manage store operations.
