Customers range from local uni students to families grabbing a quick meal during the week. You’ll be leading a shift of up to 10 team members, with responsibility for a broader roster of around 40 staff across front and back of house. Your focus will be running smooth shifts, while also gaining hands‑on exposure to business management skills like performance management, KPI tracking, recruitment, and training. This role is perfect for a leader who is ready to step up their career, with clear pathways into restaurant management roles in 2026 and beyond.
