L2 Field Services Technician - CBD, Parkville & Tullamarine, VIC Join to apply for the L2 Field Services Technician - CBD, Parkville & Tullamarine, VIC role at Hemmersbach . Overview An L2 Field Services Technician is required by a next‑generation global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full‑time employee in their client’s CBD, Parkville and Tullamarine, VIC office. Responsibilities Provide 2nd line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems and hardware. Assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware. Support mobile devices. Manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment. At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent). Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting. Experience with Mobile Devices and Networking. Ability to build relationships. Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and management. Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to resolve issues. Team player, able to work autonomously. Physical ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 20 kg. Passion for IT and providing excellent customer service. Employment type Full‑time, eligible to work in Australia. Seniority level Entry level.
