Associate Solutions Architect – Workiva The Associate Solutions Architect directly interfaces with customers to gather and confirm requirements for contracted services. The role operates remotely, occasionally onsite, and works closely with Solutions Architects, Senior Solutions Architects, and internal teams from Client Services, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success. The Associate also plays a key project‑management role when an onboarding project manager is not assigned and may lead projects to meet business needs. What You’ll Do Support the delivery of contracted services to customers. Review discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and clarify uncertainties as needed. Replicate standardized solution designs that achieve outcomes within the Workiva Platform. Interact with customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions. Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform with a commitment to ongoing training. Embrace collaboration under guidance while independently shining when the moment calls. Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience. 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field. Experience in consulting and project management roles with a focus on process improvement. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and related technology platforms. Fluent in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred. Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly. Self‑motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement. Ability to work under the direction of others, receive mentoring, and collaborate with peers. Travel Requirements and Working Conditions Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings. Reliable internet access for remote work, as we embrace flexible work arrangements.
