Our growing organisation is built on compassion, professionalism, and innovation — and we’re now looking for a NDIS Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to help us expand our impact across the Northern Territory. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and motivated NDIS Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting 6 month casual position 4 days per week, with the potential for renewal. It’s ideal for someone passionate about the NDIS sector, skilled in relationship-building, and eager to contribute to the expansion of our services. You will work closely with the management team to drive growth, build partnerships, and attract new participants and stakeholders across the Northern Territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote Broad Care’s NDIS services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community organisations. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels within the disability sector. Represent Broad Care at community events, NDIS expos, and networking functions. Support digital marketing efforts — including social media, website updates, and promotional materials. Prepare proposals, reports, and marketing content in line with company objectives. Track leads, conversions, and client feedback to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and participant satisfaction. About You We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a heart for community care . You’ll bring: Experience in business development, marketing, or client engagement — ideally within the disability, health, or community sector. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for supporting people with disability. Qualifications & Requirements Qualification in Business, Marketing, Community Services or related field (preferred). Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
