Working closely with the Operations Manager and field crews, you’ll play a key role in operational excellence, team development and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support traffic controllers across multiple sites Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching and mentoring Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and audits Provide guidance on traffic control plans, procedures and safe work practices Respond to incidents, lead investigations and manage reporting Support training and development of field staff Liaise with clients to resolve issues and build strong working relationships Manage fleet, equipment and compliance checks Conduct drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy Assist with return-to-work programs and injury management What You’ll Bring Experience in traffic control, civil, or similar field-based industries (essential) Strong people leadership and/or training experience Proven focus on health, safety and operational excellence Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Relevant traffic control and WHS qualifications (preferred) We live and breathe safety – it’s at the heart of everything we do Birthday & work anniversary recognition Contribution to national safety initiatives like National Road Safety Week, the SHAKA Project, and the SARAH Group Be part of a company that values inclusion, teamwork, and real career progression Ready to Lead the Way?
