Workshop Supervisor

WesTrac is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Canberra on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Workshop Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Leading a team of skilled tradespeople - including Plant Mechanics, Apprentices, and Field Service Technicians – you will work collaboratively to meet project timelines and uphold WesTrac’s commitment to excellence. This role focuses on fostering a strong safety culture, driving productivity, and maintaining compliance across all workshop functions. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and positive customer outcomes.
