The Emergency Department are looking for an Administration Team Leader to join their team. better together .Join us at Metro South Health and be part of a world-class, dynamic and growing health service that embraces technology, excellence in health care, teaching, research and empowering our people to be the best in serving our community.About the RoleAssist staff and patients and visitors in the work unit as requested and respond to general customer inquiries over the phone, email and in person utilising excellent customer service skills and providing courteous professional services.Lead and support the Emergency Admin team by developing and maintaining a highly compatible and supportive working team environment.Review work practices and develop procedural guidelines for the local team to ensure best practice. Resolving day to day operational issues within the team by identifying and managing and planning contingencies with an ability to recommend and implement changes to improve service delivery.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.Our values of
