Your Opportunity As a Venture Partnering Executive , you’ll be the bridge between KPMG and the start-up ecosystem—creating win-win partnerships that unlock innovation and growth. Working closely with the Director of Venture Partnering, you will: Identify and engage high-potential start-ups to form strategic collaborations. Develop investment cases and joint value propositions that deliver measurable outcomes. Design and implement joint operating models between KPMG and start-up partners. Stand up and scale new partnerships to benefit both KPMG and the start-up. Build and nurture relationships across our partner portfolio, KPMG business units, and the broader start-up ecosystem. Champion innovation within KPMG by sharing insights and trends from the start-up community. Core Experience Background in one or more of: start-ups, venture capital/private equity, corporate innovation, or top-tier consulting. Mindset Passion for technology and start-ups, with a strong desire to engage across the ecosystem. Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity, with an appetite for continuous learning. Capabilities Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations. Exceptional communication skills—confident presenting ideas verbally and in writing. Self-starter comfortable operating in agile, fast-paced environments and influencing diverse stakeholders.
