Communications & Executive Support Manager New offices in Docklands + free undercover parking C-suite level support with focus on strategic communications Competitive salary + annual bonus program Be part of a global leading brand with operations in Asia, Middle East, Australia & New Zealand, North and South America THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our leadership team supporting the General Manager and playing a key role in shaping how we communicate across the business. This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. What you’ll be doing Providing proactive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Planning, drafting and delivering internal communications on behalf of the GM to both internal and external stakeholders. Preparing briefing materials and documentation for executive meetings and external engagements. Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Supporting projects and initiatives that enhance organisational communication and engagement. Coordinating and managing executive events and forums ensuring seamless executive and positive stakeholder experiences. TO APPLY What we’re looking for... Substantive experience in a similar role supporting senior levels of management. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Experience in corporate communications or stakeholder engagement. Ability to travel interstate and international.
