Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in being responsible for all payroll duties for our VIC, ACT and SA offices. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, processing and reviewing all payroll related processes, maintaining records, calculating and reconciling leave entitlements, and providing all round administrative and clerical support to our Finance and Administration teams. You will work closely with our team to polish your skills and become an integral part of the team, and will take pride in your work, be supportive to others and maintain the integrity and quality Pro AV Solutions has become synonymous with.

Formal qualifications in accounting and/or finance preferredAvailable for approximately 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred.Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roleExcellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in AustraliaPositive enthusiastic commitment to work and the achievement of resultsHigh level of critical thinking and attention to detailStrong PC skills and experience with relevant accounting software such as KeyPay, or similar payroll program, would be advantageous.
