Site Supervisor – Commercial

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with trusted local suppliers and subcontractors will be key to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial and residential construction projects. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Leverage your local network of trades and suppliers to secure quality workmanship and materials. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with Australian building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and expectations. Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep projects on track. Ensure all WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements are strictly followed. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the commercial and residential construction industry. Strong existing relationships with local trades and suppliers across both north and south of the river. Deep understanding of construction processes, site management, and project timelines. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS regulations, and quality control standards. A hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
