As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Rockhampton, your role will require you to build a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded. You will use your leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.
