As we continue to grow under the NewCold umbrella, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This position offers a fast-paced, learning-rich environment ideal for someone who is looking to broaden their skillset in warehouse operations, customer service, and administrative support. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Shift Hours 10:00pm to 6:00am Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a night shift team to achieve operational targets. Manage inbound and outbound goods in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cold chain standards. Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock rotation. Drive efficiency and resolve operational issues quickly. High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift license required. Order picking. Preparing local manifests and paperwork (computer knowledge and experience essential). Managing inbound, outbound and reverse logistics (added). Supporting NS Manager in ad hoc duties. Working with internal and external customers regarding order and transport delays. Who You Are Proven experience in warehouse supervision (cold storage or logistics preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a cold environment and manage night shift operations. Familiarity with WMS and inventory control systems. A commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Energetic and proactive. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
