Person Specification Essential – Experience Experience in general practice Stellar communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a dash of independence Enhanced DBS check UK work permit (if required) Medical defence union cover Chronic disease management Primary prevention and screening services Clinical Governance Delivery of QoF targets Self‑audit and reflection Organised and efficient in record keeping and completion of paperwork Time management – being able to prioritise work and work under pressure Computer literacy Desirable Experience of working a variety of clinical software systems Adaptability to change Service development Essential – Qualifications Full GMC registration Relevant professional body membership Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate) General practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained On a medical performers list UK driving licence Current CPR certificate Legal and sponsorship information This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
