UX Designer (Tech) Location: Melbourne or CanberraWork Model: Primarily, with mandatory travel to Canberra approx. once every 3 monthsClearance: AU Citizenship + Baseline ClearanceContract: Until 31 Mar 2026 (extensions likely) Responsibilities Lead UX design across pre-discovery, discovery, design, and delivery phases. Facilitate co-design workshops and stakeholder interviews. Develop UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specs aligned with the Design System. Identify process and tech improvement opportunities and support testing activities. Build strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders. Consulting or Government experience is beneficial but not essential. Desired Skills and Experience UX Designer (Tech) with experience in pre-discovery to delivery design cycles. Proficiency with design tools and collaborative workshops. Familiarity with AEC Design System and ability to produce design documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
