Casual Ongoing (w/ a view to permanency) We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a fast‑paced manufacturing site in Reservoir, VIC . This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering graduate eager to gain exposure to maintenance operations, reliability improvement and technical project work within a large‑scale industrial setting. If you’re looking for a career that blends hands‑on exposure with engineering systems and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Support the maintenance team with day‑to‑day coordination and preventative maintenance planning Assist with scheduling, travel logging and general maintenance administration Manage and track purchase orders, spare parts inventory and work orders Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, efficiencies and areas for improvement Contribute to continuous improvement projects across plant operations Liaise closely with trades, supervisors and production staff About you: Recently completed a Mechanical Engineering degree (or related discipline) Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach Confident using Excel and ERP systems for reporting and data analysis Able to work effectively in a blue‑collar environment ; resilient, adaptable and team‑oriented Keen interest in maintenance, asset management, and reliability engineering At Quest Personnel, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities for all and embracing diversity in the workplace.
