A busy community practice in Revesby is seeking a General Practitioner to assist with its high patient demand. This is an ideal opportunity for a GP to build a patient base from day one while benefiting from industry-leading practice management support. A locum opportunity is also available. The centre is a mixed-billing community practice with a diverse patient base, including a mix of young and elderly patients from varied cultural backgrounds. The practice fosters a vibrant and supportive work culture where GPs and staff work together in a friendly, collaborative, and approachable environment. The centre is conveniently located, just a two-minute walk from the train station and nearby shops. It features 12 consultation rooms and a well-equipped, five-bay treatment room. For patient convenience, the centre offers on-site allied health services, including physiotherapy, psychology, and podiatry, as well as an on-site pharmacy. GPs are provided with clinical autonomy and flexible working arrangements, supported by experienced nurses and dedicated administrative teams. The practice offers dedicated nursing support for the treatment room and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) care plans. Professional growth is encouraged through opportunities to become a GP Registrar supervisor, and a partnership with the RACGP simplifies the process of achieving and recording CPD requirements. Free in-house CPD opportunities and discounted registration for industry events are also available. Practitioners with a special interest in areas such as skin, aesthetics, and occupational medicine are supported.
