The opportunity to grow a thriving practice is available at a busy, mixed-billing medical center in Armidale, New South Wales . The practice is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join its team and immediately benefit from an overflowing patient base. This modern facility is well-equipped with nine consultation rooms, a one-bay treatment room, a separate procedure room, and three nursing stations. The successful candidate will be supported by a friendly and collaborative team of doctors, two Chronic Disease Management (CDM) nurses, and an experienced administrative staff. The role offers significant clinical autonomy and flexible working arrangements , allowing the practitioner to build a practice that suits their lifestyle. The practice provides robust support, including dedicated nursing care for the treatment room and CDM, and experienced administrative teams to manage the practice. Additionally, the clinic simplifies the process of achieving Continuing Professional Development (CPD ) requirements through its RACGP partnership and offers in-house CPD opportunities. For those interested in mentoring, supervisor opportunities for GP registrars are also available. The practice encourages and supports a wide range of special interests , including skin, aesthetics, and occupational medicine.
