Job Type: Permanent position | Casual position Job Description We are seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Garden Maintenance Labourer to join our team. This position will involve a variety of tasks related to garden maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are kept in top-notch condition. Responsibilities: Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming activities. Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and appearance. Weed control and removal. Planting, transplanting, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and other plants. Basic landscaping tasks, including mulching and soil maintenance. Operate and maintain garden tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications Previous experience in garden maintenance is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Attention to detail and a passion for horticulture. Excellent communication skills. A high interest in plants and landscaping. Working Hours This is a casual position with flexible hours, typically during weekdays, 1-2 days per week. The schedule is Monday to Friday, no weekends. Expected hours: 8–18 per week; may be more for the right candidate.
