About the Role As a Garden Maintenance Team Member you will be maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces in the Were looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded but is not essential 2 years recent hands-on experience in a similar role Valid drivers licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain) An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work and exceeding client expectations A team player who values the experiences knowledge and input of your colleagues Physically fit and able safely lift heavy objects when required and stand / kneel / squat / bend for extended periods Excellent communication skills and willingness to provide input and impart your knowledge to others Above all you enjoy coming to work each day with a positive attitude and creating beautiful open spaces that people can enjoy.
