Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded, but is not essential 2+ years' recent hands‑on experience in a similar role Valid driver's licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain) An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality work and exceeding client expectations A team player who values the experiences, knowledge and input of your colleagues Physically fit and able safely lift heavy objects when required and stand/kneel/squat/bend for extended periods Excellent communication skills and willingness to provide input and impart your knowledge to others Above all, you enjoy coming to work each day with a positive attitude and creating beautiful open spaces that people can enjoy.
