Job Overview We are currently hiring gardeners to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands‑on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors. Responsibilities Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members. Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, the sun, etc. Strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Driver's Licence. Available to work Monday to Friday.
