Job Summary Are you a kindergarten teacher or Early Years Educational Leader? Support family‑centred Early Learning practices in the community as an Advisor Level 1. The position is ongoing, part‑time, flexible (2 days a week with one day on Wednesdays) and offers salary packaging. Responsibilities Through daily interactions and actions, you’ll support early childhood teachers to plan and implement inclusive learning environments that are safe, happy, collaborative and where children can reach their full potential, leading to positive learning outcomes. You will have a deep commitment to lifelong learning, reflection and being proactive in working with early childhood teachers to build capacity using a contemporary, flexible approach. You will work holistically alongside teachers to support the art of teaching, recognising that reflective practice and targeted, scaled support is a powerful tool in reciprocal growth and partnerships. You will be a strong advocate of contemporary approaches to inclusive practice that include play‑based learning, social justice, promoting a positive image of the child as an active agent of change and promoting positive outcomes for children and families. You will join a team that includes early childhood professionals from diverse backgrounds and experiences; a team that draws on strengths, recognising that everyone brings a diverse knowledge base and approaches practice with a differing lens although with a commonality of theoretical underpinning. Your creativity, empathy and problem‑solving skills will shine as you coach educators, support families, and build strong partnerships with local services. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive, collegial team that celebrates each child’s unique strengths and potential.
