Opportunities to improve patient care services focusing on patient access and flow is an essential purpose of this role. Access to high quality, safe and timely health care is critical for patients, carers and staff. This role will be integral to providing program and project management expertise to support the delivery and implementation of transformational initiatives associated with the Whole of Hospital project and in alignment with the NSW LHD – Strategic Plan. The position will incorporate and implement initiatives designed to create a positive and healthy workplace culture, enhance employees’ skill sets and assist in building high‑performing teams. Identify key areas for improving and sustaining current processes in conjunction with the implementation of new strategies enabling better patient outcomes, while meeting facility‑wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) prioritized by the Ministry of Health.
