Role Senior Network Project Manager – Mobile Core Program Overview This role will work in the Customer’s Network Engineering group, which is responsible for the core of the Customer’s Existing Network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. It is a full-time senior Project manager role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several of the Customer’s projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible Managing several projects concurrently Leading project meetings, steering committee meetings and planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing project progress and adapt work as required Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Designing and signing off on contracts Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Managing large and diverse teams Qualifications and requirements Five or more years’ experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with formal qualifications in a related field Background working in telecommunications core network (preferred) Skills: written and verbal communication, ability to manage high-stress situations, multi-tasking, leadership, attention to detail, and technical understanding of telecommunications networks EEO Statement Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
