We’re seeking an experienced Finance and Corporate Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, corporate services, ICT, procurement, and people and culture. This pivotal role works closely with the CEO to strengthen financial management, business systems, workforce planning, and governance. Key responsibilities Lead and manage finance and key corporate functions including ICT, procurement, insurance, and administration. Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on financial performance, corporate governance, and risk. Oversee HR governance, workforce planning, and organisational systems in collaboration with the HR team. Ensure sound financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit readiness. Drive business improvement and digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and accountability. About you CPA/CA qualified with tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in finance and corporate services, ideally within aged care, health, or the not‑for‑profit sector. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of governance, financial risk, and workforce planning. A collaborative leader with high integrity, sound judgement, and commitment to continuous improvement. What we offer Salary packaging up to $15,990 p.a.
