Applications are now open for Full-Time Bus Driver roles at our RosebudDepot Our Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport, school and charter. We are searching for passionate people who want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers. In return, we offer on-going support and training to our drivers, along with stable employment in a secure industry. Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which may include weekends, early mornings and late nights. What are we looking for? A current valid Victorian MR or higher licence (Ventura is willing to upgrade your licence from MR licence to HR licence) Availability to work a rotating roster, including some weekends, some early morning and some late-night shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Safe driving record. High regard for safety. Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
