The Working Capital Team is a dynamic and supportive team that works together collaboratively to deliver excellence. Responsible for the management of the Firms Working Capital the team are required to ensure that billings collections and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner to meet with the Firms KPIs on a month-to-month basis. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will Upload bank statements and invoices to the finance system Receipting of daily payments Reversals of bills Actioning internal queries raised by legal staff Allocations Bank reconciliations Clearing of unallocated payments from bank reconciliation This is a full-time permanent opportunity. About you Experience in an Accounts Receivable position Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail Intermediate Excel skills Experience using Expert Onguard or Calumo is preferred but not necessary An ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team by displaying high standards of conduct and supporting the overall objectives of the team Excellent client service skills and professionalism by responding appropriately and promptly to all forms of communication to deliver high quality client service both internally and externally A desire to learn grow network mentor others Your development In joining Allens you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
