Our North Geelong Store is buzzing, and we’re on the hunt for a Café Assistant Manager who can help lead our amazing team, keep things running smoothly, and bring positive energy to every shift. Café Assistant Manager – APCO Café 24/7 North Geelong What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Café Manager with the day-to-day hustle — from coffees to customer smiles. Leading and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service (and great vibes). Helping with rostering, ordering, and all the behind‑the‑scenes magic that keeps our café humming. Making sure our café always looks (and smells) amazing — clean, fresh and inviting. Who You Are You’re a hands‑on leader with café or hospitality experience (1+ year in a leadership role). Maybe you’ve worked as a barista, cook, or shift supervisor — either way, you love great food and coffee and know how to keep a team on track. You’ll also bring: A friendly, can‑do attitude and great communication skills. Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail. Food handling knowledge and a commitment to safety and hygiene. Flexibility to work a mix of mornings and afternoons.
