Are you passionate about driving platform engagement and expanding market share? We are looking for talented Growth Marketing Executives to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Canberra. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead platform operations, enhance user experience, and build strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Plan and execute platform operations to boost user engagement. Design and optimize English email marketing campaigns to support platform activities and operational goals. Develop existing partnerships with Western businesses and universities. Expand channel cooperation and organize offline promotional activities. Manage procurement and logistics for promotional materials to ensure smooth execution of events. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in internet operations and market expansion, with a focus on platform operations and event planning preferred. Familiar with the local market and experienced in cooperating with Western businesses and universities. Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize data. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of driving cross-department collaboration. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate and create content in both languages. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communication, or related fields preferred. Why Join Us?
