We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin and can craft compelling content across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and more . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, understands social media trends, and can bring fresh ideas to our brand's digital presence. What You'll Do: Create Captivating Content : Produce original, engaging content for our social media platforms, including posts, stories, and campaigns. Graphic Design : Utilise your graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia content that resonate with our audience. Brand Storytelling : Help tell our brand's story in a creative and compelling way, connecting with our community and building our online presence. Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas, analyse trends, and contribute to our social media strategy. Event Planning: Assist Marketing team with Event planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.). Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) to align with the brand’s voice and goals. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community. Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and influencer collaborations. Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to improve engagement and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to create high-quality marketing materials. Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and brand partnerships. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is essential to manage Little Red Book and engage with Chinese-speaking audiences. Basic experience in social media content creation and graphic design. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). A creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for good design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
