About the Role As Events and Social Media Manager, you’ll: Plan, coordinate and deliver memorable events—on campus, offsite, and online—including Principal’s signature events, alumni reunions, graduations, and more. Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal platforms, amplifying the MLC School brand. Build strong relationships with staff, parents, alumni, and external partners. Manage budgets, negotiate with venues and suppliers, and ensure every event runs smoothly. Support marketing initiatives and continuous improvement, always striving for excellence. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in events coordination (school/education experience a plus) Tertiary qualifications in Events, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Proven end‑to‑end event management skills and social media expertise Outstanding communication, organisation, and customer service skills A passion for girls’ education and the values of MLC School Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and uphold our Child Protection Policy Ready to Join Us?
