Oral Health Therapist/Hygienist

A rare and exciting opportunity for an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Hygienist to join our beautiful dental practice in the heart of Ballarat. You will be joining our clinical team which includes 5 experienced Dentists and 2 experienced Oral Health Therapists. The role will cover hygiene, orthodontics and therapy work with an emphasis on quality, not targets. We have all the bells and whistles to set you up for success and job satisfaction including Airflows, scanners & printers, great patients and you will also have a dedicated dental assistant. We pay well above industry standard for the right candidate. Although experience is favourable, our clinician team have a combined 100+ years of experience in all facets of dentistry and would be happy to mentor the right candidate. We also conduct monthly in-house CPD nights for our clinicians. As such, we will be hiring based on attitude just as much as experience. Why join our team? We would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria: Hold a Oral Health Therapy or Dental Therapy/Hygiene degree from an Australian University with current AHPRA registration You are passionate about our profession and undertake and willing to undertake above and beyond the minimum CPD hours Operator license for Irradiating Apparatus use (as per Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations).
