About our Program. Customised, immersive program spanning up to 1½ years, providing exposure to multiple areas of the business. Tailored placements to ensure the best exposure to your interest areas and skill sets within the company. Learning and development opportunities including online self‑learning platforms, lunch & learns, external seminars or formal training courses and specialized group learning. Mentorship and coaching from industry leaders across the business. First‑year associate membership to The Research Society and access to Research Society training courses, enhancing your involvement in the research, insights, and analytics industry. High‑performing graduates are offered permanent full‑time roles upon graduation, accelerating their career goals. About You Be a recent tertiary graduate (with a major in marketing, psychology, data analytics, information technology), with a strong academic record. Be eligible to work in Australia (Citizenship and / or Permanent Residency). Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Be a self‑starter, who shows initiative and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
