An exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, driving recruitment across the business within a supportive, dynamic and fast-paced TA team. This is a 3‑month temporary opportunity to work in Melbourne CBD on a hybrid‑working basis. What You Will Do Support the wider TA team with volume recruitment Partner with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment Effective sourcing and selection of talent via different channels e.g. LinkedIn, Seek, headhunting, advertising Day‑to‑day management of open vacancies Conduct a consistent recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management Support the wider TA team with any ad‑hoc duties What You Will Bring Proven experience with recruitment or resourcing Ability to deal with agencies and internal stakeholders Ability to take direction but be proactive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good use of IT systems (Cornerstone – highly regarded) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
